Nourishing anti-inflammatory summer sippers

Transition your warm cup of tea to a refreshing summer sipper! I absolutely love herbal teas year round - hot or cold. I’m currently brewing up iced Nettle, Lavender and (decaf) green tea options. Great for flushing out toxins, reducing inflammation and supporting the lymphatics and nervous system. Use this recipe as a base and create your own summer sippers with your fav teas..

Refreshing Summer Sippers

  • Bring about a 1 litre (or more) water to boil.

  • Remove from heat and add

    - 3-4 tea bags of your choice
    - 1 cup of fresh min leaves
    - 1/4 cup of honey dissolved in hot water

  • Keep the lid on slightly and let it steep for your desired taste. I let mine steep for a few hours.

  • Once it’s reached room temp - place a bunch of ice cubes in a pitcher, strain and pour tea over ice.

Enjoy! I bet you can’t just have 1 cup :)
