It's not lost on me how active the wellness world is in delivering and offering a foray of calming and stress-reducing options... there really is something for everyone, and with the choice literally at your fingertips, the opportunities for new experiences is limitless✨.

But when the mind is already hyper-active, and over-stimulated it can feel overwhelming and mentally exhaustingπŸ₯Ί. We get caught up in the "I should be doing this to relax" list and confusion on what should I really be doing πŸ€”, when really ... you just need to be.... pause and breathe.
